本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、アプリ「GRAZE」（以下「本アプリ」）のご利用条件を定めるものです。
本アプリをインストール・起動・使用することにより、ユーザーは本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
1. 利用許諾
当方は、利用者に対し、本規約に従って本アプリを個人的かつ非商業的に利用する、譲渡不能・非独占的な権利を許諾します。
2. 禁止事項
利用者は、次の行為を行ってはなりません。
- スコアやランキングの改ざん、チートツール・改造クライアントの使用、その他不正な手段でのスコア送信
- 本アプリのリバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイル、改変（法令で認められる場合を除く）
- サーバーやネットワークに過度の負荷をかける行為、自動化された大量アクセス
- 法令・公序良俗に反する行為、第三者または当方の権利を侵害する行為
- 本アプリの不具合や脆弱性を不正に利用する行為
3. ランキングと公平性
本アプリは、全利用者が同一の「今日のコース」に挑戦するデイリーランキングを提供します。
当方は、不正または不正の疑いがあると判断したスコア・アカウントについて、事前の通知なく無効化・削除・参加制限を行うことができます。
ランキングの集計・順位に関する当方の判断は最終的なものとします。
4. アプリ内課金・広告
- 本アプリは無料で提供され、広告が表示されます。アプリ内課金（例：「広告の削除」）により広告を非表示にできます。
- 課金の決済・返金は Apple の規約および手続きに従います。当方は原則として個別の返金には応じられません。
- アプリ内アイテム・進行要素（レベル、称号バッジ等）は見た目・記録上のものであり、現実の金銭的価値を持たず、ゲームの有利・不利に影響しません。
5. 知的財産権
本アプリおよびそのコンテンツ（プログラム、デザイン、キャラクター、ロゴ等）に関する知的財産権は、当方または正当な権利者に帰属します。
6. 免責事項
本アプリは「現状有姿」で提供されます。当方は、本アプリが中断・エラーなく動作すること、特定目的に適合することを保証しません。
ランキングサーバーやネットワークの状況により、一時的に利用できない場合があります。
7. 責任の制限
法令で認められる範囲において、当方は、本アプリの利用または利用不能から生じるいかなる間接的・付随的・特別・結果的損害についても責任を負いません。
8. サービスの変更・終了
当方は、利用者への事前の通知なく、本アプリの内容の変更、提供の一時停止または終了を行うことができます。
9. 準拠法・裁判管轄
本規約は日本法に準拠します。本規約に関して生じた紛争については、開発者の住所地を管轄する裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
10. 本規約の変更
当方は、本規約を随時改定することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページの更新により周知します。

These Terms of Use ("Terms") set out the conditions for using the app GRAZE (the "App").
By installing, launching, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. License
We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
2. Prohibited conduct
You must not:
- Tamper with scores or rankings, use cheat tools or modified clients, or submit scores by any unfair means;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App (except where permitted by law);
- Place excessive load on our servers or network, or use automated mass access;
- Violate the law or public order, or infringe the rights of third parties or us;
- Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities in the App.
3. Rankings & fairness
The App offers a daily ranking in which all players attempt the same "Today's Course." We may, without prior
notice, invalidate, delete, or restrict scores or accounts that we determine to be cheating or suspected of
cheating. Our decisions regarding ranking compilation and placement are final.
4. In-app purchases & ads
- The App is free and shows ads. An in-app purchase (e.g., "Remove Ads") can hide ads.
- Payments and refunds are handled under Apple's terms and procedures. We generally cannot process individual refunds.
- In-app items and progression (levels, badges, etc.) are cosmetic/record-only, have no real-world monetary value, and do not affect competitive advantage.
5. Intellectual property
All intellectual property rights in the App and its content (code, design, characters, logos, etc.) belong to us or the respective rights holders.
6. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is." We do not warrant that it will operate uninterrupted or error-free, or that it is
fit for a particular purpose. The App may be temporarily unavailable due to server or network conditions.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential
damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
8. Changes & discontinuation
We may change, suspend, or discontinue the App without prior notice to users.
9. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising in relation to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the developer's address as the court of first instance.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by updating this page.
